Ofsted Report
From 7th – 10th March, 2005, the school underwent an Ofsted inspection. Two inspectors spent four days rigorously examining every aspect of school life. At our pre-inspection meeting with Mr Grenyer, the Lead Inspector, we intimated that our aim was to pass all seven inspection criteria. Although we were told that this was very difficult to obtain and very rarely happened, to our delight we did achieve exactly that. The Department of Education & Skills states in their letter dated 22nd April, “ I am pleased to note that the school has met all of the regulatory standards. I confirm that there is no further action required of the school by this department.”
Our outstanding report is a fitting tribute to the staff, pupils and parents who work so closely together to produce such a successful school.
