St Wilfrid’s School visit the Devon County Show

The whole of St. Wilfrid’s School visited the Devon County Show this year.  Pupils were there to investigate different aspects of food and farming in our local area.  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police were the main attraction this year and pupils watched a fascinating display.   The GCSE  Home Economics group were lucky enough to interview Celia Hyland an experienced and very knowledgeable Home Economist.  Celia answered questions on their GCSE investigations which they have just started and offered to come into school to give more information to pupils on their chosen topics.   Staff and pupils had a very enjoyable day!  Can you spot the special visitor who turned up?
