‘Booktrust’ Teenage Judges Competition 2010

Theo Lezerri won one of the four places in the ‘Booktrust’ Teenage Judges Competition this summer.

He did this by writing a 500 word story called ‘Gifted’ about a character who has the ability to become invisible at will. His story will be published on the ‘Booktrust’ website (http://www.booktrust.org.uk/Prizes-and-awards/Booktrust-Teenage-Prize)

As a result he has earned a place on the ‘Booktrust’ Teenage Prize judging panel to help choose the 2010 teenage book of the year and also a ticket to the awards ceremony in November. He  has also received a full set of the shortlisted books and a flipcam which he gets to keep once he has used it to interview all of the shortlisted authors.
