SWOP – Autumn 2012

Despite a few false starts due to the weather and other commitments, the walking season got under way just before half term with a visit to Haytor, Hound Tor and the surrounding area. We paid a visit to Nut Crackers which is unique as it has a Christmas tree on top – it was even decorated!

We managed to get out once more before the end of term, with the final scheduled walk of the year postponed due to severe weather warnings.

Our outing took us to Crazy Well Pool just outside Princetown on a clear and sunny day.
