Hawks make Mango Fool to celebrate being an Olympic School
On Wednesday 1st February, the Hawks at St. Wilfrid’s School made mango fool. The ingredients used were mangoes, lime juice, thick yoghurt, coconut milk and cream. Pupils squeezed the limes, whipped the cream and used the blender to mash the mangoes. These ingredients made a tasty, healthy dessert which is influenced by the tropical fruit of the Caribbean, a group of thousands of islands in the Caribbean sea from where some athletes will travel to the London 2012 Olympics.
